We’re looking for a Technical Consultant: Azure! As the Technical Consultant you will be delivering high-quality based deployments to our customers and fully owning the end-to-end project cycle including customer facing workshops, scoping, design creation, delivery and handover. You will be working alongside the Head of Practice, Principal Architects and Technical Consultants. This is an enthusing opportunity to work for the UK’s most accredited pure play Microsoft partner.
What you’ll be delivering:
- Running scoping workshops with a customer to understand project and technical requirements
- LLD/HLD design creation based on the information gathered from the scoping sessions
- Project delivery via Azure Portal or IaC alongside Principal Architect (Support)
- Creation of handover documents and final handover workshops
- Learning and research towards new exams or certifications
What is required to be successful in this role:
- Azure Administrator Certification
- Experience with Azure VMware Solution (AVS)
- Experience in delivering high-quality Azure projects
- An ability to react quickly, decisively, and deliberately in high-stress, high-impact situations.
- Ability to author high-quality technical documentation and designs
- A deep understanding of Azure best practice processes, standards, and architecture.
- Ability to discuss Azure technologies comfortably and on the fly during customer facing workshops.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent listening, communication, presentation, and inter-personal skills.
- Ability to work to customer and internal deadlines.
- Takes pride in actively developing skills
- Having any of the following certifications would be advantageous:
- Azure Architect Expert
- Azure Security Engineer (AZ500)
- Azure Network Engineer (AZ700)
- Azure DevOps Engineer (AZ400)
- Azure Virtual Desktop (AZ140)
