Senior Software Engineer (AI Focus) – £80,000-£140,000 + Benefits + Shares + Bonus | London, Edinburgh, or Manchester | Hybrid (Up to 3 Days Onsite per Week, usually less)

They\’re expanding rapidly and looking for Senior AI/ML Software Engineers (Backend or Full Stack) with strong Python skills and a genuine passion for AI /ML, scalable systems, and modern cloud architecture. You don\’t need to be an AI or LLM expert yet, you\’ll learn directly from some of the best in the industry.

What You\’ll Be Doing
* Design and deploy scalable agentic applications using Python (and ideally JavaScript/TypeScript)
* Build and maintain microservices, APIs, and CI/CD pipelines
* Work across cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
* Collaborate with AI specialists to deliver next-generation AI solutions
* Stay hands-on with code daily, even at senior level
* As a Senior Applied AI Engineer: you\’ll mentor others, engage with stakeholders, and contribute to high-level architecture and design

What You\’ll Bring
* Strong software engineering background (backend or full stack)
* Proven experience with Python and modern cloud infrastructure
* Solid knowledge of CI/CD, microservices, and production deployments
* A passion for AI/ML and LLMs (personal or GitHub projects a big plus)
* Computer Science or related degree from a top university
