This opportunity is ideal for an experienced teacher, an ECT seeking wider classroom exposure, or someone returning to education who wants flexibility without committing to a permanent timetable. As a Daily Supply Teacher, you will provide high-quality classroom cover across EYFS, Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2, following the school’s plans and maintaining positive learning routines. What you will do • Deliver prepared lessons clearly and confidently. • Establish expectations quickly and manage behaviour positively. • Adapt activities where pupils require additional support or challenge. • Mark completed work and leave a useful handover for the class teacher. • Follow each school’s safeguarding, behaviour and attendance procedures. • Represent Transparency Education professionally in every placement. What you will need The successful Daily Supply Teacher will have: • QTS or an appropriate recognised teaching status. • Recent primary teaching or supply experience. • Confident classroom and behaviour-management skills. • Flexibility to work across different schools and year groups. • Good communication, punctuality and professional judgement. • The ability to settle quickly into unfamiliar settings.
