Supply Teaching Assistant – Bexley, London Location: Bexley, London Pay: £85 – £100 per day Contract: Part-time | Temporary | Flexible Start Date: From 8 September 2026 Are you an adaptable Supply Teaching Assistant looking for flexible work in Bexley? Transparency Education is recruiting enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to support primary schools across EYFS, KS1 and KS2. This flexible Supply Teaching Assistant opportunity is ideal for experienced school support staff who want greater control over when they work while continuing to build experience across different primary settings. The role As a Supply Teaching Assistant, you may: • Support teachers with classroom learning and activities. • Work with pupils individually or in small groups. • Provide additional support in literacy, numeracy and other curriculum areas. • Support pupils with SEND where required. • Help maintain positive behaviour and pupil engagement. • Adapt quickly to different year groups, routines and school environments. Requirements • Previous experience working with children, preferably in a UK school or education setting. • A positive, flexible and reliable approach. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Confidence supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1 and/or KS2. • SEND experience is desirable but not essential. • Relevant Teaching Assistant qualifications are advantageous. • Eligibility to work in the UK.
