Transparency Education is recruiting a qualified Nursery Nurse for a nursery or primary-school early-years provision in Bromley. The setting is looking for a practitioner who understands that excellent childcare combines secure routines, responsive relationships and carefully planned learning opportunities. Working as a Nursery Nurse, you will become part of a collaborative team supporting children during a crucial stage of their development. What the role involves • Provide attentive care and purposeful learning experiences. • Set up inviting play opportunities linked to children’s interests. • Support speech, language, early mathematics and physical development. • Observe children and contribute to assessments and next-step planning. • Encourage independence with routines, mealtimes and personal care. • Help children manage emotions and develop positive friendships. • Communicate professionally with colleagues and families. • Maintain high standards of safeguarding, hygiene and safety. What you will bring The successful Nursery Nurse will ideally offer: • A full and relevant Level 3 early-years or childcare qualification. • Practical nursery, preschool or Reception experience. • Knowledge of the EYFS and child-development milestones. • A caring, enthusiastic and observant approach. • The ability to contribute ideas while working effectively as part of a team. • Good written and verbal communication. • Experience of SEND, speech-and-language support or phonics would be beneficial.
