Daily Supply Teaching Assistant Location: Bromley, South London Salary: £85–£100 per day Contract: Part-time, ongoing temporary supply Available from: 1 September 2026 Salary is based on experience and qualifications. Key responsibilities • Support pupils and class teachers across EYFS, Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2. • Follow the class teacher’s instructions and established school routines. • Work with individuals or small groups to reinforce learning. • Support positive behaviour and pupil engagement. • Adapt quickly to different classes, year groups and school environments. • Follow each school’s safeguarding, behaviour and confidentiality procedures. Requirements • Recent experience supporting children in a primary school or comparable setting. • A flexible, dependable and professional approach. • Confidence entering new environments and building rapport quickly. • Good communication, literacy and numeracy skills. • The ability to travel reliably to schools in and around BR2. • A relevant teaching-assistant qualification is desirable.
