Position Overview: We are seeking high-level Advisors to provide strategic leadership and technical expertise in the field of cognitive neuroscience. This advisory role requires a seasoned professional with over 10 years of experience in neuroscience to drive research agendas, influence the roadmap, and provide technical & strategic guidance.
Core Responsibilities:
- Strategic Advisory: Provide high-level technical guidance to senior management or board-level stakeholders regarding emerging neuroscience trends and their commercial or policy implications.
- Technical Guidance: Provide expert advice on cognitive neuroscience & neuroimaging data modalities.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate and maintain relationships with international experts, academic centres, and industry partners to facilitate collaborative research and funding opportunities.
- Mentorship: Provide senior-level technical expertise to supervise and support staff when needed.
Qualifications & Domain Expertise Required:
- 10+ years of total experience in neuroscience or relevant domains.
- Significant experience in cognitive neuroscience and neuroimaging data modalities (EEG, fMRI, MEG, fNIRS, ECoG, MEA, SEEG).
- PhD and/or 5+ years of deep-dive experience in one of the following: Neurobiology of Consciousness, Computational Neuroscience, Brain-Computer Interfaces (BCI), Human Memory Research, Dementia Research (e.g., Alzheimer’s Disease).
