About you
- 2+ years of experience in a paid media role at an agency or client-side
- Experience with media planning on digital campaigns
- Highly enthusiastic, honest and positive personality – not afraid to ask questions
- A pro-active team player, able to hit the ground running and manage own workload
- Be proficient across Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Additional skills across these tools would be a plus: CM360, Google Tag Manager, Convertr, Integrate and Monday (project management)
Responsibilities
- Planning and buying media across digital – including content syndication, display, programmatic, paid social and paid search
- Campaign management: planning and briefing, launching, reporting and analysis
- Liaising with internal teams on all aspects of media programs – always knowing where projects stand and using Monday.com to manage those projects
- Supporting the wider team across all campaigns and client management as required
- Demonstrating excellent communication skills, in person, on phone and via email
- Managing all stages of our client’s campaign from brief interrogation through to campaign wrap-up
- Owning small and medium-sized clients (up to £500k budget per year) with minimal supervision and building relationships with client stakeholders up to and including mid-levels; supporting senior team members with more complex clients or larger budgets
- Managing client budgets and media finances with accuracy and minimal errors
- Training and mentoring – supporting junior team members; excited to line-manage now or in the future (with senior supervision where suitable)
