The role involves looking for a dynamic, curious SEO specialist, with a passion for all things web, to join our Digital Optimisation Services team, working closely with digital marketing specialists to:
- Manage and implement SEO strategy for B2B enterprise businesses, including auditing, analysis and reporting.
- Deliver organic growth through technical and onsite SEO programmes â collaborating with media, content and digital optimisation specialists to ensure a joinedâup and integrated approach to marketing performance.
- Support the Digital Optimisation Services Team and wider agency to develop generative engine optimisation (GEO) solutions.
- Support the Digital Optimisation Services Team to deliver wider improvements in the digital performance of our clients, from onâpage optimisations to CRO & analytics.
Reports to: Digital Director
What you'll do:
- Support Head of Web Strategy with development of SEO strategies, including research, analysis and planning prioritisation to ensure strategy is actionable within budgets.
- Support Head of Web Strategy and Digital Director with new business proposals and responses to new briefs.
- Implement comprehensive SEO strategies tailored to customer goals, including technical SEO, onsite content optimisation.
- Conduct inâdepth technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues affecting search visibility and performance, including site architecture, crawlability and usability.
- Use suite of tools (SEMRush, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, VWO, Looker & others as identified) to automate performance tracking and reporting.
- Advise clients and internal stakeholders on SEO, staying up to date on trends within SEO and wider digital marketing space.
- Support Digital Optimisation Services team and wider agency to develop GEO solutions and service offering.
What you'll bring:
- 3+ years of handsâon SEO experience, preferably working with B2B midâmarket and enterprise businesses with largeâscale websites and complex catalogues.
- Solid understanding of technical, onâpage and offâpage SEO.
- Comfortable working directly with clients and communicating decisions, best practice and SEO insights.
- Handsâon experience of using content management systems (e.g. WordPress, HubSpot), including basics of HTML.
- Knowledge of schema markup and other secondary SEO factors such as Core Web Vitals.
- Proficient in leading SEO tools (such as Screaming Frog, SEMRush, Google Search Console, Google Analytics etc...) and other digital marketing tools that support delivery and reporting.
- A solid grasp of analytics, data interpretation and reporting tools, with capability to set up reporting dashboards and reports customised to client needs.
- Curious and collaborative, with a 'test and learn' approach to performance improvement and overcoming challenges.
