AUREOS INFRASTRUCTURE SERVICES LIMITED is seeking a detail-oriented Planner to develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules, ensuring timely and efficient project delivery within the infrastructure sector.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules using industry-standard planning software.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information for schedule development.
- Identify critical path activities and potential risks to project timelines.
- Monitor project progress against established baselines, identifying deviations and recommending corrective actions.
- Prepare regular progress reports and forecast completion dates.
- Facilitate planning meetings and communicate schedule updates to relevant teams.
- Implement and manage change control procedures related to project schedules.
- Contribute to the development of planning best practices within the organization.
- Ensure all planning activities comply with company policies and relevant industry standards.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Planner in the infrastructure or construction industry.
- Proficiency in project planning software such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar.
- Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations is highly desirable.
