Ensuring the department is maintaining a high level of throughput to meet customer demand. Meeting expectations of quality. Remain flexible to assist across multiple finishing disciplines. Follow company health & safety procedures.
This role requires strong attention to detail, competency using hand tools and general machinery, strong problem-solving skills, positive attitude, willingness to learn, strong team player, reading drawings, deburring, communication, teamwork, numeracy, accuracy, and inspection.
Qualifications: Minimum 1 year similar experience required. GCSE or equivalent.
Start Date: Day shift 9am-5pm Mon-Fri. 37.5 hrs/wk.
Benefits: Free parking. Uniform provided. Company pension scheme. Holiday 1.66 days holiday per complete calendar month worked for the first year (maximum 20 days per first full year), rising 1 day per year to a maximum of 25 days after 5 years continuous service. Birthday day off (subject to conditions).
