Customer Service Advisor Location: Hamworthy/Poole Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm We are looking for a friendly and organised Customer Service Advisor to join our office team in a customer service role. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and wants a steady, office-based position. This is a permanent office based role within a well-established and successful business. What you’ll be doing - Customer Service Advisor * Speaking with customers by phone and email * Helping prepare quotes and process orders * Keeping track of customer requests and following up where needed * Supporting the wider customer service team with day-to-day tasks * Keeping records accurate and up to date * This is a customer service and co-ordination role – no cold calling or direct sales. What we’re looking for - Customer Service Advisor * A positive attitude and a willingness to learn * Comfortable speaking to people and providing good customer service * Basic computer skills and attention to detail * Able to work well as part of a team * No specialist product knowledge is required – full training will be provided.
