Role Description The Account Manager role is an on-site role based in Bridged, Wales, but applicants must be prepared to travel to other locations and divisions.

This role oversees day-to-day account management for television production clients, acting as the primary point of contact to understand requirements, coordinate bookings, and ensure seamless day-to-day management of facilities and base crew.

The Account Manager will plan and schedule resources, liaise with internal operations and logistics teams, monitor project progress, and address any issues that may impact production timelines or service quality.

Responsibilities include preparing quotations, tracking budgets, maintaining accurate documentation, and analysing account performance to identify opportunities for improvement.

The role also involves building strong client relationships and supporting continuous enhancement of service standards in line with company values.
