The critical focus of this role is to support the implementation of a range of blended learning solutions which contribute to the delivery of Translink's wider strategic plan through its people. The role will focus on the design and delivery of a range of innovative, digital learning solutions which contribute to the modernisation and ongoing improvement of Translink's Organisational Development (OD) offering.
Essential Criteria
- Possess a minimum of a HNC/HND qualification or equivalent, or a minimum of 2 years' experience of training delivery.
- Possess a minimum of two years' experience of working with systems.
- Experience of providing analysis of data to present back to senior stakeholders.
- Experience of external contract management.
- Experience in manipulating digital platforms/systems.
- Experience of collaborating with internal stakeholders to influence, negotiate and agree outcomes.
Desirable Criteria
- Possess Prince 2 accreditation.
- Experience of dealing with project risks.
