Job Description You will be responsible for front-line customer service duties at railway stations, including delivering passenger information and communication, issuing tickets, resolving complaints, and assisting in providing a high-quality rail service. Essential Criteria A minimum of 3 GCSEs at Grade C or above, or equivalent, including English and Maths, or at least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role. At least 6 months of relevant clerical or administrative experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel, and Access. Experience handling cash transactions. Experience in a customer-facing role, including dealing with customer inquiries. Desirable Criteria Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role involving ticketing equipment or cash registers. Book-keeping experience.
