The predicted salary is between 40000 - 50000 £ per year.

Reporting to the People & Organisational Development Manager, you will be responsible for managing the provision of coordinating learning and development initiatives across all business areas which contribute to the delivery of Translink’s wider people agenda, promoting continuous improvement and organisational development.

Essential Criteria

  • Minimum of HNC qualification or equivalent.
  • CIPD Associate Membership.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Learning & Development environment.
  • Management of procurement processes and budget experience.
  • Experience of providing analysis of feedback and evaluation data to present back to senior stakeholders.
  • Experience of managing internal stakeholders to achieve learning and development outcomes.
  • Experience of management of external contractors in relation to delivery of learning & development solutions.
  • Experience of managing projects.

Desirable Criteria

  • Degree or equivalent in an HR discipline.
  • Possess PRINCE2 or APM Practitioner accreditation.
  • Relevant Train the Trainer Qualification.
