Job Description
You will support the Marketing Managers in the delivery of brand development for a portfolio of Translink bus and rail brands and products, generating sustainable growth in patronage, revenue and modal share and competitively positioning Translink as your first choice for travel.
Responsibilities
- Support the Marketing Managers in the delivery of brand development for Translink bus and rail brands and products, contributing to growth in patronage, revenue and modal share and strengthening Translink as the first choice for travel.
Essential Criteria
- Minimum of a Degree, or equivalent, in Marketing, Communications or Business Studies.
- Minimum of 2 years Brand/Marketing experience on a brand with a strong customer focus.
- Experience of fully integrated marketing programmes including digital marketing tactics.
- Experience of developing campaign briefs, establishing SMART objectives and project metrics.
- Experience of developing and implementing innovative through-the-line marcomms projects.
- Experience of working with Microsoft packages including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Experience of carrying out business development in particular, identifying commercial growth opportunities.
- Flexible approach to work and working hours including ability to work weekends and outside normal office hours to meet media demands and requirements.
Desirable Criteria
- Possess a minimum of a Post Graduate qualification, or equivalent, in Marketing, Communications or Business Studies.
- Possess Membership of an appropriate professional organisation such as CIM.
- Experience of implementing market research findings and deploying appropriate evaluative techniques.
- Full current driving licence.
