Key Responsibilities – Warehouse Manager role:

• Managing a team of warehouse staff
• Loading and unloading trailers
• Weekly warehouse safety checks
• Conducting forklift inspections
• Ensuring all pallets stored safely
• Monitoring Warehouse lighting
• Handling spillages and damages
• Warehouse equipment checks (incl. fire extinguishers)
• Warehouse security
• Monitoring staff hours, sickness, holidays & arrange cover where needed
• Manage all warehousing processes
• Review warehouse risk assessment and update where needed
• Handling paperwork and basic administrative tasks
• General reporting and recording of any incidents
• Team motivation

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a warehouse supervisory or operations role is desirable

This is a full-time, permanent position offering a stable work schedule and a supportive team environment.

Experience :

• Warehouse/ Management: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• Forklift Licence (required)
