We are looking for a skilled and motivated Workshop Fitter to join our team at our HQ in Redditch.
Working within our workshop, you will be responsible for servicing, maintaining and repairing a wide range of forklifts and warehouse equipment, ensuring machines are prepared to the highest standard and returned to service safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
- Carry out servicing, maintenance and repairs on forklifts and material handling equipment.
- Diagnose and rectify mechanical, hydraulic and electrical faults.
- Perform inspections and prepare equipment for customer delivery.
- Complete all work in line with health and safety procedures.
- Accurately complete job sheets and service records.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure workshop efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.
About You
- Experience repairing and maintaining forklifts, plant machinery, agricultural equipment, HGVs or similar machinery.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with fault‑finding skills.
- Knowledge of hydraulic, electrical and diesel systems.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A positive attitude and strong attention to detail.
- A full UK driving licence (preferred or essential, depending on your requirements).
