Job Description
As the Transcreation Director at translate plus – a Publicis Groupe, you will come from an advertising account director background with Transcreation experience. You will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing our creative language service offering. This position requires a candidate with extensive experience in client and stakeholder management, excellent communication skills, creative experience, and a strong background in transcreation.
Responsibilities:
1.Client Management:
– Proactively work with partner agencies to evangelise and sell localisation services to Publicis Groupe clients, ensuring organic and strategic portfolio growth in line with or exceeding growth targets
– Manage and build relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
– Collaborate with clients to understand their specific requirements and provide tailored solutions.
– Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and escalations.
2. Operations Management:
– Oversee the day-to-day operations of transcreation and creative language services, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient delivery of services.
– Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize productivity and quality and best practice
– Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project completion.
– Identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements to drive operational efficiency.
3. Team Leadership:
– Lead and mentor a team of account managers, project managers, and other operational staff.
– Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, promoting teamwork and professional growth.
– Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring their adherence to quality standards and client requirements.
4. Strategy:
– Collaborate with other Publicis agencies in your portfolio to cross-sell and up-sell language services to external clients
– Work closely with Sales team to provide information and support for RFI, RFP, pitches and pilots.
Qualifications Requirements:
– Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Translation, Business Administration).
– Proven experience in managing international clients within the language services industry
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal stakeholders.
– Strong background in translation, and industry-specific requirements.
– Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
– Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to drive innovation and continuous
