As the Transcreation Director at translate plus, you will come from an advertising account director background with Transcreation experience. You will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing our creative language service offering. This position requires a candidate with extensive experience in client and stakeholder management, excellent communication skills, creative experience, and a strong background in transcreation.
Responsibilities:
- Client Management: Proactively work with partner agencies to evangelise and sell localisation services to Publicis Groupe clients, ensuring organic and strategic portfolio growth in line with or exceeding growth targets.
- Manage and build relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their specific requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and escalations.
- Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of transcreation and creative language services, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient delivery of services.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize productivity and quality and best practice.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project completion.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements to drive operational efficiency.
- Lead and mentor a team of account managers, project managers, and other operational staff.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, promoting teamwork and professional growth.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring their adherence to quality standards and client requirements.
- Collaborate with other Publicis agencies in your portfolio to cross-sell and up-sell language services to external clients.
- Work closely with Sales team to provide information and support for RFI, RFP, pitches and pilots.
Qualifications Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Translation, Business Administration).
- Proven experience in managing international clients within the language services industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strong background in translation and industry-specific requirements.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
