We are a growing housing association based in Nottinghamshire seeking reliable Multi-Trade Maintenance Technicians to join our team ASAP!
Perform routine and general maintenance tasks across ALL properties, including but not limited to:
- Joinery work
- Repairing plumbing/electrical issues
- Painting & decorating
- PAT testing
- Health and safety checks
- Basic filling and plastering
- Tiling
- Basic brickwork
- Gardening/landscaping
- CCTV installation & repairs
Conduct inspections to identify maintenance work required & priority.
Liaise with external contractors.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance work completed.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Experience:
- Strong joinery skills (highly required)
- Solid electrical and plumbing skills
- Communication and leadership skills to supervise other maintenance staff as necessary
- Own set of comprehensive tools
- Full UK driving licence
- Right to work in the UK
- Proficient written and spoken English
- Qualifications in multiple trades
- Previous experience maintaining a housing association or similar
- Welding skills are a bonus!
REQUIRES DRIVING: This role requires you to travel between any of our properties in and around Nottinghamshire to ensure they remain in a good condition. If you do not drive and have access to a vehicle, please do not apply.
Occasional opportunities for additional earnings from extra installation projects.
