We are a growing housing association based in Nottinghamshire seeking reliable Multi-Trade Maintenance Technicians to join our team ASAP!
Perform routine and general maintenance tasks across all properties, including but not limited to:
- Joinery work
- Repairing plumbing/electrical issues
- Painting & decorating
- PAT testing
- Health and safety checks
- Basic filling and plastering
- Tiling
- Basic brickwork
- Gardening/landscaping
- CCTV installation & repairs
Responsibilities
- Conduct inspections to identify maintenance work required and priorities
- Liaise with external contractors
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance work completed
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations
Experience
- Strong joinery skills (highly required)
- Solid electrical and plumbing skills
- Communication and leadership skills to supervise other maintenance staff as necessary
- Own set of comprehensive tools
- Full UK driving licence
- Right to work in the UK
- Proficient written and spoken English
- Qualifications in multiple trades
- Previous experience maintaining a housing association or similar
- Welding skills are a bonus
Driving Requirement
This role requires you to travel between any of our properties in and around Nottinghamshire to ensure they remain in good condition. If you do not drive and have access to a vehicle, please do not apply. Occasional opportunities for additional earnings from extra installation projects.
