The Residential Support Worker is required to work effectively as part of the staff team responsible for providing personal care, medication, supporting financial management and accessing the community.

Contribute to the day-to-day running of the placement in accordance with policies and procedures set out in the Policy and Practice Manual and the home’s Statement of Purpose.
