Are you an experienced IT Support Engineer looking to take that next step in a dynamic field-based role? Our client is looking for a driven and technically confident individual to join their expanding IT team, supporting multiple sites and delivering expert 2nd line support.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 2nd line support across offices and remote sites, resolving escalated IT issues both in-person and remotely.
- Respond to and triage helpdesk tickets, ensuring clear communication and effective resolution.
- Deploy, configure and maintain hardware, including laptops, mobile devices, and printers.
- Carry out machine upgrades, repairs and routine maintenance tasks.
- Support the set-up and day-to-day use of Windows 10/11, Office 365 and mobile devices (iOS and Android).
- Maintain and troubleshoot CCTV systems.
- Contribute to IT documentation and asset management.
- Procure IT equipment and software when required.
- Travel across the UK to support other sites (1–2 days per week), with occasional evening or weekend work.
