As part of their expanding Digital & Technology function, they are now hiring a Senior Business Analyst. This is a key role responsible for shaping business requirements, improving processes, and ensuring that technology initiatives deliver measurable value across the organisation.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead business analysis activities across multiple digital and technology initiatives.
- Own the documentation of requirements, process maps, user stories, acceptance criteria, and solution options.
- Work with business leads and IT Business Partners to shape and prioritise new demand aligned to strategy.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions to gather insight, validate requirements, and align expectations.
- Support business case development, including defining benefits, success measures, and dependencies.
- Collaborate with architects and delivery teams to ensure solutions are feasible, aligned to the technology roadmap, and meet business needs.
- Champion process improvement and identify opportunities to simplify, standardise, and automate.
- Act as the bridge between business and IT, ensuring shared understanding of objectives, scope, and outcomes.
- Contribute to the development of BA standards and best practice, and support knowledge-sharing across the organisation.
- Support testing and validation activities to ensure delivered solutions meet defined requirements and expected value.
- Track benefits and lessons learned, feeding insights back into planning and future delivery cycles.
What We’re Looking For
- Significant experience in business analysis across both technology and business change projects.
- Proven ability to elicit, document, and communicate requirements to business and technical audiences.
- Skilled in process mapping, solution design, and stakeholder management across multiple functions.
- Experience translating strategic objectives into actionable IT initiatives and user stories.
- Strong understanding of project lifecycles and delivery methods (agile, waterfall, or hybrid).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong facilitation and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of IT governance, architecture frameworks, or business case development.
- Formal BA certification (IIBA, BCS Diploma, Agile BA).
