We’re partnering with an ambitious and growing, forward-moving organisation based in Bingley to recruit a Head of IT who can lead the technology function across three UK sites. You’ll manage a small, capable team and take ownership of IT strategy, day-to-day operations, and ongoing digital improvements. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on involvement, ideal for someone who enjoys balancing planning and execution.
Key areas of focus:- Leading and developing a high-performing, service-oriented IT team
- Defining and delivering IT strategy in line with business priorities
- Managing infrastructure, cloud services (Microsoft 365, Azure)
- Overseeing ERP systems, integrations, and other core business platforms
- Delivering key technology projects including upgrades, migrations, and system rollouts
- Ensuring business continuity, cybersecurity, and compliance

- A proven track record in IT leadership
