What You'll Be Doing
- Set and deliver a company-wide data and analytics strategy that enables smarter decisions, better reporting, and greater efficiency
- Collaborate closely with teams to unlock the potential of data, streamline reporting, and unlock hidden value from their data estate
- Lead, mentor, and grow a talented Data team, empowering them to deliver high-quality insights and business-critical reporting
- Shape the data roadmap across the entire lifecycle, from engineering and modelling to dashboards, governance, and tooling
- Champion best practices around data governance and build a community of data users across the business
- Act as the strategic link between business and technology, working alongside senior stakeholders to drive the right outcomes

- Proven leadership in data, analytics, or business intelligence roles
- A strategic mindset with hands-on understanding of data architecture, reporting tools, and BI platforms
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
