Transition Partners are working with a fantastic client who are expanding their internal Change & Transformation function. They’re now searching for an experienced and driven Change Management Lead to join the business on a permanent basis.
Location: Hybrid – Remote with 2 days per month onsite in Nottingham
Salary: Up to £85,000

Consultancy experience is a MUST.
Do you have a proven track record of leading complex, people-centred change? Have you designed and implemented Target Operating Models (TOMs)? Are you an experienced leader who can manage and develop a team of Change professionals?
As a Change Management Lead, you’ll take strategic ownership of enterprise-wide change initiatives while heading up a growing team of Change Managers. This role is central to ensuring that the people-side of change is prioritised, with adoption, engagement, and cultural alignment at the heart of delivery.
You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders across the business to design change strategies that are embedded into transformation programmes, ensuring they land effectively and deliver tangible results.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Consultancy background – this is essential
- Proven experience designing and implementing Target Operating Models (TOMs)
- Previous line management experience, leading and mentoring a team of Change professionals
- Deep understanding of change frameworks such as Prosci, ADKAR, and Kotter
- Strong strategic thinking and the ability to translate change goals into action
- Skilled in stakeholder management and able to influence at C-suite level
- Confident in developing engagement strategies, internal communications, and feedback loops
- Commercially minded, outcome-driven, and passionate about continuous improvement
