1st Line Support Engineer Are you an experienced 1st Line Support Engineer looking for a new challenge? Collaborate with the IT team on a range of projects. Monitor and respond to helpdesk tickets, resolving IT issues efficiently. Configure and deploy new machines for users, including upgrades and repairs. Provide effective support for Office 365, Windows 10, and mobile devices (Android and iOS). Assist with hardware and software procurement as needed. A solid understanding of networking and security principles. Experience within IT Support Engineer or similar roles If you’re passionate about IT, eager to develop your skills, and ready to make a real impact, this role is for you.
