We are seeking a results‑driven Account Executive to expand our presence in the EU market and drive revenue growth for our world‑class translation management solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for building and executing regional sales strategies, acquiring new clients, and nurturing existing customer relationships to ensure long‑term success. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in B2B sales, specifically in SaaS, language technology and will be comfortable navigating complex sales cycles and engaging with decision‑makers at all levels.
As a key player in our sales team, you will work collaboratively with other Account Executives, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure the seamless execution of our Go‑to‑Market strategy. Your primary focus will be to drive regional sales success and help XTM expand its footprint in key markets.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement tailored sales strategies to target new clients
- Identify and prospect potential clients in various industries, including technology, healthcare, finance, and manufacturing, that can benefit from our product suite
- Build a robust regional sales pipeline by conducting market research and identifying high‑value opportunities
- Lead the end‑to‑end sales process, including prospecting, presenting, negotiating, and closing deals with new clients
- Identify client needs and position the appropriate product of our portfolio as the ideal solution to drive business outcomes through our SaaS platform
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, forecasting, and key metrics to senior management
- Work closely with the Customer Success team to ensure seamless onboarding and product adoption
- Participate in regional industry events, conferences, and webinars to build awareness and generate leads
- Stay current with industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging market needs to refine sales approaches and maintain a competitive edge
- Leverage networking and relationships to generate referrals and drive brand awareness within your region
- Meet and exceed assigned regional sales quotas, tracking progress against goals and adjusting tactics when necessary
- Minimum of 3‑5 years of experience in B2B sales in Language technology (essential)
- Proven track record of successfully closing medium to enterprise‑level sales and building long‑term client relationships
- Experience managing regional sales pipelines and achieving sales quotas
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong consultative selling skills and the ability to position XTM’s solutions effectively to solve client business challenges
- Proficient with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot), Microsoft Office, and sales analytics tools
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, handle objections, and close deals in a competitive environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Ability to travel regionally for client meetings and industry events
- Self‑motivated, driven, and results‑oriented with a passion for sales and achieving targets
