Key Responsibilities

  • Help some of the UK's largest organisations make evidence‑driven decisions.
  • Bridge the gap between business needs, technology solutions, and users.
  • Put data, analysis and evidence at the fore of client decision‑making.
  • Recommend and support organisations to deliver better experiences and technical products for their users, stakeholders and customers.
  • Work out how to address challenging problems for clients using a range of techniques to produce analysis.
  • Work with quant and qual research, data and analytics to produce recommendations that lead to great user experiences and technical products.
  • Recommend and work to implement improvements to processes using methodologies like UML, BPMN or Six Sigma.
  • Work with product and service owners to prioritise features, develop roadmaps and implementation plans, and manage the end‑to‑end product lifecycle.
  • Define and measure the success of products and services.
  • Elicit and document both functional and non‑functional requirements, translate them into user stories with clear acceptance criteria, and maintain traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Be a part of a multi‑disciplinary, agile team, working collaboratively with clients, Transform team members and other suppliers to create impact.
  • Support line management of junior team members, providing guidance, mentorship, and helping to nurture their development.

  • Experienced working in multi‑disciplinary, agile delivery teams at all stages of the product lifecycle.
  • Happy helping teams and stakeholders decide what to do by putting evidence at the forefront of decision‑making.
  • Thrive when leading in complex environments, when the solution isn’t clear.
  • Able to communicate your thoughts and recommendations with impact.
  • Experienced helping teams focus on delivering value.
  • Focused on measurement – designing performance frameworks, launching products/services and measuring against them.
  • A capable collaborator – ensuring we get the best out of the people we work with.
  • Able to lead teams to explore solutions with different methods.
  • Experienced making change happen in the public sector or with similar large, complex organisations.
  • Willing to learn and grow, and support others’ development.
