The Role:
The Senior People & Culture Partner supports the delivery of Transform's people strategy, partnering with leaders across the business to build an inclusive, high-performing and engaging workplace. Reporting to the Head of People, the role has a dotted line into the Head of Employee Experience and plays an important part in shaping and delivering people initiatives that support the continued growth of Transform.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic People Partnering: Partner with leaders across Transform to support the delivery of the people strategy and ensure people initiatives are aligned with business priorities.
- People Team Leadership: Manage and develop the People Coordinator, providing guidance, coaching and support across operational people activities.
- Diversity, Equity & Inclusion: DE&I is a central pillar of Transform’s people strategy.
- Employee Lifecycle & Performance: Work with the Head of Employee Experience to support engagement initiatives and employee feedback mechanisms.
- Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations matters.
- People Operations & HR Delivery: Work in partnership with the People Coordinator to continuously improve people processes across the employee lifecycle.
- HR Systems & Process Improvement: Lead the continuous improvement of people systems and processes.
- Organisational Effectiveness: Support the Head of People in delivering organisational development initiatives.
- Culture & Employee Experience: Help co-design and deliver initiatives that strengthen Transform’s culture and overall employee experience.
