Transforming PLC is a leading UK provider of supported living and complex needs services, supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health conditions and behaviours of concern. We’re recruiting a Regional Director to lead the North Region. This role will drive service growth, quality, compliance, and operational excellence across multiple services.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and grow services across the region
- Ensure high‑quality, person‑centred, trauma‑informed support
- Deliver strong CQC compliance and regulatory performance
- Oversee Registered Managers and multidisciplinary teams
- Manage budgets, business planning, and commercial performance
- Build strong relationships with Local Authority commissioners, ICBs and partners
Senior leadership experience in health; leadership qualification desirable.
