We work closely with Developments, Operations, Finance, Compliance and Procurement to manage legal risk, support strong governance and enable timely, value-for-money decision-making.
Transforming PLC is seeking an experienced Construction Solicitor - General Counsel with dedicated construction experience to lead legal strategy across construction and related property matters. This high-impact role shapes legal governance, protects the organisation's interests and enables safe, compliant delivery across the Group.
What you'll lead:
- Strong legal leadership experience across construction projects and associated property matters
- JCT/NEC contracting, procurement and governance
- Property transactions, leases and due diligence linked to construction delivery
- Dispute resolution and external counsel management
- Legal processes, templates, training and capability building
