We focus on what each person can achieve, helping them develop independence and enjoy greater confidence, choice and control.

The role: As a Support Worker, you will provide consistent, respectful support to people living in their own homes. This is not about doing everything for someone. It is about helping each person do as much as possible for themselves, make informed choices and build a life that reflects their interests, goals and individual needs. • Supporting people with their tenancy, health, medication and finances
  • Encouraging community involvement, relationships, personal interests, education and employment
  • Contributing to support plans, assessments, reviews and positive risk taking
  • Maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with colleagues and professional teams
  • Following safeguarding, health and safety, confidentiality and quality procedures

What you’ll need: We are looking for someone who:

  • Has at least six months’ experience working within a care or support setting
  • Genuinely wants to help people live fulfilling and independent lives
  • Communicates clearly, respectfully and confidently
  • Is patient, dependable and able to remain calm when circumstances change
  • Can work independently while contributing positively to a team
  • Can maintain accurate written records and manage their time effectively
  • Is able to work day or night shifts, including alternate weekends
  • Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs or complex needs would be advantageous.

Full training will be provided to help you develop your knowledge and succeed in the role. You must already have the right to work in the UK, as we are unable to offer visa sponsorship for these roles.

What you’ll get:

  • £14.00 per hour, equivalent to £28,028 per annum
  • Discretionary £1,000 annual bonus
  • 28 days’ annual leave including bank holidays
  • Fully funded enhanced DBS check
  • A predictable rolling two week rota
  • Full training and ongoing development
  • Support from an experienced management team
  • The opportunity to build meaningful relationships and see the difference your support makes
