Transforming Support Sussex is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to help adults with learning disabilities and complex needs live more independently at Harvest Rise, Littlehampton. You will build trusted relationships and support daily living, promoting dignity and choice.
The role is full-time, permanent with a rolling two-week rota, and requires at least six months’ care or support experience. A discretionary £1,000 annual bonus and generous leave are part of the package.
