You will work closely with the Registered Manager, supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs, and guide a team to deliver tailored, high-quality support aligned to individual strengths and choices.
You will lead daily operations, ensure governance and service improvements, and role-model collaborative leadership across multidisciplinary teams.
