Transforming PLC is looking for an In-House Counsel - Immigration Solicitor to become the organisation's trusted expert on sponsor licence compliance, UKVI requirements, right-to-work processes, and business immigration matters.

You will work directly with HR, Internal Legal Counsel, and senior leaders, helping to shape immigration policy, strengthen compliance, and support an important workforce delivering services across the UK.
What you will do
- Own sponsor licence compliance
- Manage Sponsor Management System (SMS)
- Oversee Certificates of Sponsorship and reporting obligations
- Advise on Skilled Worker and Health & Care Worker visas
- Lead right-to-work compliance
- Prepare for UKVI audits and compliance visits
- Develop practical guidance, policies and templates for managers and HR teams
