Transforming PLC is seeking an experienced Construction Solicitor – General Counsel to lead legal strategy across construction and related property matters. This high‑impact role shapes legal governance, protects the organisation's interests, and enables safe, compliant delivery across the Group.
What you’ll lead:
- Strong legal leadership across construction projects and associated property matters
- JCT/NEC contracting, procurement, and governance
- Property transactions, leases, and due diligence linked to construction delivery
- Dispute resolution and external counsel management
- Legal processes, templates, training, and capability building
What you’ll bring:
- Qualified solicitor with strong experience in UK construction law and construction‑related property matters
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Pragmatic, solutions‑focused approach to risk and governance
- Ability to advise senior leaders and balance pace with compliance
