Transforming Plc is seeking a self-motivated live-in support worker to accompany and promote the wellbeing of young people (16–21) in a supported accommodation setting. You will help develop life skills, including cooking, budgeting and healthy living, and accompany residents to appointments and activities.
You will work nights/weekends per rota, with a minimum four days live-in per week, subject to availability.
