Are you passionate about education and technology? We’re looking for a motivated and ambitious individual to join our growing Sales team as an Account Manager (School Development Manager), supporting primary schools, secondary schools, and multi-academy trusts across Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire & Surrey.

About the Role:

As an Account Manager (School Development Manager) you’ll be responsible for account management and business development across a diverse range of educational settings. Your role will involve:

  • Identifying opportunities to enhance school improvement through better use of technology
  • Promoting and selling additional IT services to existing clients (TIO schools)
  • Introducing our services to new schools across the south east of England
  • Collaborating with fellow Account Managers and reporting to the Commercial Manager
  • Travelling to schools throughout the London area

About You:

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Solid experience working within the primary and/or secondary education sector
  • A strong understanding of the school improvement agenda and how our services can support evolving priorities
  • Confidence in engaging with school leaders and discussing regional education challenges
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to communicate complex technical and pedagogical concepts clearly
  • A passion for IT and a strong technical background
  • A self-motivated approach and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service

What We Offer:
