Transforming PLC is a leading UK provider of supported living and complex needs services, supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health conditions and behaviours of concern. We’re recruiting a Regional Director to lead the North Region. This role will drive service growth, quality, compliance, and operational excellence across multiple services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and grow services across the region
  • Ensure high‐quality, person‐centred, trauma‐informed support
  • Deliver strong CQC compliance and regulatory performance
  • Oversee Registered Managers and multidisciplinary teams
  • Manage budgets, business planning, and commercial performance
  • Build strong relationships with Local Authority commissioners, ICBs and partners
About You
  • Senior leadership experience in health & social care or supported living
  • Strong understanding of complex needs, autism, learning disabilities, PBS, safeguarding
  • Proven ability to manage multisite services and drive high performance
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Degree in Health & Social Care (or related field); leadership qualification desirable
