An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Critical Care Units to join our team in the position of full-time Unit Support Assistant. The post holder will provide a comprehensive administration service and assist the clinical teams in ensuring our patients and their relatives experience a co-ordinated and streamlined patient journey.
This is a very busy role and we are therefore looking for individuals with excellent communication skills, the ability to work well under pressure and the desire and enthusiasm to assist us in providing a first class service. The working pattern for this post will be Monday to Friday (hours to be agreed at interview).
As a valued employee of the Trust, you will be provided with a comprehensive induction, participate in discussing your development needs through your annual appraisal and will agree a personal development plan. You will also be given the opportunity to attend training courses to expand your existing skills.

Qualifications:- GCSE English and Maths, or equivalent

The postholder will have access to vulnerable people in the course of their normal duties and as such this post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) Order 1975 (Amendment) (England and Wales) Order 2020 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service to check for any previous criminal convictions.
