Patient flow coordinator
Band 3
We are looking for a motivated, proactive individual with a strong attention to detail and good time management skills, to join our ward Department.
The candidate should have experience of working in a fast paced Department in a clinical role.
Responsibilities
- Optimising patient flow to improve bed availability and reduce delays.
- Managing safe and timely discharges across Pathways 1, 2, and 3.
- Providing essential MDT support by coordinating discussions and decision-making.
- Facilitating Best Interest Meetings (BIM) to ensure patient‑centred discharge planning.
This service will cover 08:00hrs‑16:00hrs Mon‑Fri.
