This is an excellent job opportunity for an SPR to gain more experience and skills working within General Medicine. This role is to work within the Epsom site for Epsom and St. Helier NHS Trust. To join the bank you must have a minimum of 6 months NHS experience as an SPR within Medicine.

Main duties of the job:
- The Staff Bank for Epsom and St Helier NHS Trust are seeking enthusiastic Locum General Medicine SPR to join our pool of Staff Bank workers.
- There are many full-time roles available but as they are ever-changing, the exact roles available will be provided once your Hiring & Recruitment is complete.
- This line of work will be based at Epsom Hospital on the stroke ward from the beginning of May for 3 months initially.
Requirements:
- Right to work in the UK
- Minimum of 6 months experience working within NHS trust
- Minimum of 6 months experience working within General Medicine
- GMC registered
- Must be available to start beginning of May
- Should hold MRCP and PACES and have at least 4 years post-graduate experience

Method of Assessment:
- Qualifications and Training: BSc or equivalent, Prizes or honours in MBBS or equivalent, MRCP PACES or equivalent degree
- Clinical Experience: Minimum of 4 years of clinical experience after graduation with minimum two years of Core Medical training or equivalent
- Teaching Experience: Evidence of teaching experience and exposure to different groups/teaching methods
- Research Experience: Demonstrates understanding of the importance of audit, research and clinical risk management
