Job overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen to become part of a newly established and innovative Haemoglobinopathy team at London North West University Healthcare NHS Trust.

The successful candidate will play vital role in managing acute and community team working closely with clinicians and administrates ensuring efficiency in booking, delivery of targets, accuracy in data and serving patients across the North West London region.

Main duties of the job

  • Successful candidate will support day-to-day operational management of acute and community haemoglobinopathy service, will manage robustly and efficiently data capture and systems to deliver patient centred service.

Person specification

education

  • education to A-level/NVQ level 3
  • excellent understanding of RTT waiting times
  • advanced PC skills
  • excellent analytical skills

Experience

  • ability to prioritise work efficiently
  • ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • NHS experience in administraton
