As part of both the Medical Education and Placement Team, the post holder will assist with the administration of student placements across the Trust, providing administrative support to the Education team for both undergraduate and postgraduate learners at DBTH.
Main duties of the job:
- The role requires the input of accurate data onto bespoke IT systems.
- The post holder will support all team members within the Medical and Placement department and travel across Trust sites as required.

Person specification:
Knowledge & Experience:
- Working knowledge and application of MS Office software
- Understanding of Data Protection and Confidentiality issues
Qualifications & Training:
- GCSE or equivalent level C /4 or above in Maths and English
- NVQ 2 Business Administration, Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 or equivalent or working towards
- Evidence of ongoing and personal development
Personal Attributes & Skills:
- Good communication skills with demonstrable experience to communicate information to employees and managers
- Self-motivated with an ability to deliver work within agreed timescales
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to new demands.
