This exciting opportunity will be integral to the successful implementation of the new digital system Nervecentre for the Electronic Patient Record (EPR) digital transformation programme. You will be responsible for creating high quality digital content using Course Creation and Learning Management System platforms that meet digital accessibility guidelines. You will create material that will educate Maternity staff to effectively utilise new technology which may alter their existing ways of working and influence their attitude towards digital in a positive way and support them successfully through the changes. You will have experience creating eLearning and high quality training materials. This is a very exciting time to join UHDB as we support both UHDB and CRH this digital transformation EPR implementation, and this role is pivotal to success. Main duties of the job Create, design and develop interactive digital learning content for clinical systems using the leading course creation platform Articulate 360. Ensure creative content meets the digital accessibility guidelines. Identifying needs and implementing engaging interactive elements within the learning including clinical system simulations, videos, etc. Revise and maintain existing eLearning following system updates / content changes. Provide support and advice with the design and development of eLearning modules and configuring the target audience as Essential to Role on the Trust Learning Management System. Work with Subject Matter Experts to translate and communicate their content into usable, dynamic and interacted eLearning training modules. Test and quality assure eLearning content thoroughly. Attend training workstream meetings to provide updates on eLearning development when required. Liaising with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure requirements for the digital learning content have been met. Produce user guides, training scripts and documented processes for all learning material produced.
