An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an established nutrition support service, working in the specialist area of pseudomyxoma surgery.
Main duties of the job:
- Be part of the nutrition support team to safely provide PN for patients undergoing surgery for pseudomyxoma peritonei, at a nationally recognised centre.

Detailed job description and main responsibilities:
- Under the supervision of the Specialist Band 7 Dietitian to work as an integral part of the Nutrition Team, providing specialist nutritional advice to all adult services at Basingstoke and North Hampshire Hospital.
- To provide nutritional advice for all patients on Critical Care at BNHH.
- To communicate and work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams in primary and secondary care to enable patients to safely manage their nutrition support and to ensure their care is of the highest quality.
- To work within the PMI to provide specialist nutritional advice to patients with peritoneal disease.
Person specification:
Qualifications:- BSc or equivalent in human nutrition and dietetics registered as a dietitian with the HCPC UK.
- Broad range of general dietetic experience including nutrition support.
- Working as part of a team to deliver goals.
